Employee Referral Program
a. The Company encourages you as an employee to refer qualified job applicants to the Company for consideration in hiring.
b. You should ensure that the person referred is informed of the referral and you should not make any commitments or promises of employment.
c. You will be notified if the referral has been successful and will be rewarded after the referee has successfully completed the probation period of employment with the Company.
d. In such all cases the reward awarded to a referring employee is as follows:
• For technical positions referred: AED 2,000
• For non-technical positions referred: AED 1,000

e. The referral must indicate clearly in the application form the name of the referring employee in order for the employee to be eligible for the referral payment.
f. The following referral Program does not apply to:
• Temporary employees, interns and/ or student employees
• HR representatives, recruitment agencies, Functional Managers and/ or anyone involved in the recruitment process
• Employees who refer former R&S employees for job vacancies
